Portugal Road Signs
Another piece of beautiful street architecture in Portugal besides its directional road signs are the signs on each street showing the name of each particular road, street or alley.

Some of them are made in beautiful azulejos ceramic tiles.

Others are more minimalist and functional in plain stone.

Keep your eyes open for some beautiful street signs during your stay in Portugal.

Rua is translated as street, travessa is lane or alley, beco is also alley.
