Belem Station on the Cascais Line from Cais do Sodre is the nearest railway station. Belem can also be reached by either bus or tram from downtown Lisbon. Another good hotel nearby is Jeronimos 8. Also nearby is the famous cafe Pasteis de Belem, well-known for its delicious custard tarts, and the Planetário de Marinha (formerly the Planetário Calouste Gulbenkian).
