First built during the late 18th century the Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza is a majestic sight with its white and ochre walls and the dramatic sand of the interior ring.
Tours take place in both English and Spanish |
Tours of the bullring begin from the main entrance on Paseo de Colon and include a view of the interior bullring from some of the over 12,000 seats in the arena and then continues inside with a number of rooms dedicated to the history of bullfighting in Spain and Seville with paintings, swords, weapons, capes, costumes and other articles connected with bullfighting on display. The tour is conducted by the guide in both Spanish and English.
