Picoas Station, Lisbon
Picoas Metro Station Lisbon is one stop north west from Marques de Pombal Station on the Amarela Line and is known for its iconic, original cast iron entrance way that was donated by the Paris metro.

The Art Nouveau Paris metro entrances were the work of Hector Guimard (1867-1942) and were intended to make the metro inviting to Parisians.

The interior of Picoas Station contains art work by Portuguese artist Martins Correia (1910-1999) in azulejos tiles and sculpture. The theme of Correia's work is Lisbon and its people.
