Aveiro Congress Center (Centro de Congressos de Aveiro)
The Aveiro Congress Center in Aveiro is housed in a former ceramics factory, the Fabrica de Ceramica de Jeronymo Periera Campos.

The impressive brick building was built between 1915 and 1917. It was designed by the Portuguese architect José Olímpio.
The building is behind the Fonte Nova Lake and the Cojo Canal. Next door is Aveiro's Câmara Municipal (Town Hall). You can take in the view on a boat tour from the center of town.
Just across the canal is the more contemporary Hotel Melia Ria with an indoor pool and spa.

The building hosts conferences, concerts, theatrical performances, trade fairs, and other events.
