Honest Greens, Parque das Nações, Lisbon

If you are looking for healthy food in the Parque das Nações (Nations Park) district of Lisbon, you could do worse than try the branch of Honest Greens at Alameda dos Oceanos.

The menu is largely, though not exclusively, plant-based and the atmosphere pleasantly comfortable and casual.

The diverse range of food on offer avoids artificial additives and preservatives and is both seasonal and largely locally-sourced. Meal choices include breakfast, garden bowls, market plates and desserts. Drinks include both alcoholic and non-alcoholic craft beers and wines, as well as coffees, teas and fruit juices.

The Barcelona-based chain has several restaurants in Lisbon in Amoreiras, Avenida, Cais do Sodré, Cascais, Chiado, and Príncipe Real. There are also two branches in Porto on Rua José Falcão and Rua de Santa Catarina.

There are also branches in Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia as well as plans to open in London.
